I would like to mention that the 2 years I lived at Presidential Estates the Maintenance Crew has been wonderful and helpful. Al, the head Maintenance has gone out of his way so many times to make sure that all my needs were met and done right. He has also been professional and courteous and a warm person. What more could a person ask for!?

MY son and i have lived in Presidential Estates for 2 years now,we have been very comfortable living here.The maintenance people are very helpful and efficient and the manager Ann Marie Sirianni is very professional and such a sweet warm person she has really made me and my son feel so comfortable. I would recommend a Frontier Community to any person of any age that wants to live in a quiet,peaceful surrounding with a positive living experience with good,prompt staff.

My son and I recently moved to Eastway Manor, and we love it here. The apartment is great, and the staff is as well. I highly recommend renting from Frontier.

I am new to the area and my fiance and I moved into Oakwood Manor. It is an incredible establishment for the price. It is quiet but close to everything. It is a friendly and comfortable atmosphere from the staff to the neighbors.

I would to compliment Linda Allen on being such a wonderful property manager!! She is such a warm person, even when you first meet her. I love having her as the property manager she deserves a 5 star award!!

I have lived within Frontier Communities for almost 4 years now, 2 different locations. I lived at Oakwood in fairport for almost two years; and now I'm in Greece at Presidential Estates and I have been very comfortable at both places. The maintenance people are efficient and both the managers were very professional as well. I would recommend a Frontier Community to any person of any age that wants to have a positive living experience with good, prompt staff.
